Instructions
Prepare the peanut sauce
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, hoisin sauce, and water. Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated and smooth
Assemble the spring rolls
- Fill a large bowl with warm water. Quickly dip a rice paper sheet into the water for no more than 5 seconds, then place it flat on a plate.
- Arrange your fillings neatly on the rice paper.
- Once the sheet has softened, fold in the sides and gently roll it up, keeping the roll tight but delicate.
- Serve immediately with the peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
